Rules:
You may not refer yourself.
You must provide a first name, last name, and email address for both you and the person you are referring.
Your referral must be a new Wedding Ring Shop customer.
Your qualifying referral’s credit will be available within 48 hours of submission.
Only one new customer Referral Promotion Code redemption is allowed per household or family.
This offer cannot be combined with any other Wedding Ring Shop offers, promotions, or sales.
If the purchase is returned, you will receive the refund or credit amount, minus the $100 credit.
Any unused credits after 12 months, expire.
We respect the privacy of your friends.
Wedding Ring Shop will never use your friends’ personal information for any purpose other than informing them about this referral opportunity.

1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Wedding Ring Shop ("we" or “WRS”) offers customers ("you" or "Advocates") of Wedding Ring Shop the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to receive discounts for purchasing the Wedding Ring Shop’s goods or services (“Wedding Ring Shop Referral Program" or "Program"). The specific promotion offered by Wedding Ring Shop is hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”.
1.2. These terms apply to individuals who are using the Program both as a referrer (“Advocate”) and a friend (“Friend”) referred to WRS.
1.3. By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Advocate or Friend or participate in the Program in any manner.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments but by continuing to use our website or the Program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
2. Referrals and Rewards
2.1. Eligibility. The Offer is open to legal residents in the United States & DC who are at least 18 years of age (or older in those jurisdictions where age of majority is over 18). WRS employees and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. You agree not to share the Offer with anyone who is not at least 18 years old (or older, where the age of majority is over 18). You also agree that you may not participate in the Offer where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
2.2. How to Participate. Visit WRS’s website at www.weddingringshop.com (the “Site”) and follow the instructions to send an email through the Site. If your Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase (defined below) will receive a US$100 credit on a future purchase of US$1,000 or more (before shipping and taxes). When your Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase (defined below), you will receive a US$100 credit towards your own future purchase of US$1,000 or more.
2.3. Qualifying Purchases. In order for a purchase by a Friend to be deemed a “Qualifying Purchase”, the purchase must meet the following criteria: (i) the Friend must complete the purchase in our store and refer to their confirmation email; (ii) at the time of such purchase, the Friend must be a legal resident of one of the US; and (iii) at the time of such purchase, the Friend must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from Wedding Ring Shop.
2.4. Use of Credits. Credits issued to Friends will be applied automatically during checkout of a Qualifying Purchase. We will email you a credit after your Friend completes their Qualifying Purchase within 60 days after the date such purchase.
2.5. Credit Restrictions. The value of each credit issued through the Offer applies only to purchase subtotals, exclusive of any shipping fees or taxes. Credits will not be reissued once redeemed, even if the recipient makes a return. Credits may not be applied toward repairs, resizes, layaway payments or payments on pre-existing orders. Credits may not be combined with any other promotions or offers and may not be applied retroactively. Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits may not be transferred, auctioned, traded, or sold. WRS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not honor the credit in the event of any fraud or deception.
2.6. Referral Restrictions. You may not use the Offer to refer yourself, either directly or by creating fictitious accounts for purposes of pretending to be a Friend. You may not use the Offer in a manner that violates any applicable law, infringes the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, or obscene. Any attempt to circumvent Offer requirements by using multiple/different email or addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will disqualify you from the Offer and result in the forfeiture of any credits you have received, and may also result in your disqualification from future WRS promotions. All decisions by WRS are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a purchase constitutes a Qualifying Purchase or whether you have earned a referral credit.
2.7. WRS reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice.
3. Privacy; Removal from Offer
3.1.WRS collects personal information from you and your Friends when you participate in this Offer. All information collected through the Offer is subject to WRS’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://www.weddingringshop.com/privacy-policy. WRS reserves the right to use any information collected in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3.2. Notice of Financial Incentive. This Offer may be considered a “financial incentive” under some US State’s Privacy Acts because we are giving participants something in exchange for the collection and retention of their personal information. The value of such personal information is related to the value we offer to individuals for their participation in the Offer and varies based on several factors, including whether participants respond to marketing offers from us or subsequently opt out, as well as our costs associated with administering the Offer. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out of the Offer at any time by emailing wrs@weddingringshop.com.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. IN NO EVENT WILL WRS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF A CUSTOMER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER, A CUSTOMER’S ACCESS TO OR USE OF WRS’S SITE, OR THE ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING AND/OR PRINTING OF ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE ON ANY OF THOSE SITES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE OFFER AND EVERYTHING ON WEDDINGRINGSHOP’S SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS, WHERE IS, AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
5. General Release
5.1. By participating in the Offer, Advocates and Friends release and hold harmless Wedding Ring Shop and each of such party’s subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Representatives”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any portion of the Offer or the credits offered thereby (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Neither Wedding Ring Shop nor any other Released Representatives are responsible for Internet, telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
